Has life online become as important a part of our human activity that it rates a promotional day, just like Earth Day back in the 1970s? That’s what Susan Crawford thinks. A law professor at Cardozo and on the Board of Directors of ICANN, Ms. Crawford proposes September 22 be OneWebDay, starting this year for every year thereafter. It wants to be a global event where every locality decides an appropriate way to celebrate the centrality of cyber life in modern community.
